Elan Foods was founded in 2020 by a healthy and strong entrepreneur joining forces with a vigorous chef. Between the two they pinpointed and perfected a niche product with amazing flavor that also boasts amazing health benefits. Kenji translates into 'Strong, Healthy and Vigorous' in Japanese, which best explains this unique product and also the entrepreneurs who created it.
